Quarterly Church Conference Features Building Project Presentation, August 7, 6:00pm

All are invited to gather for our Quarterly Church Conference on Wednesday night, August 7, from 6:00-7:30pm. This meeting will be hybrid (in-person in Kelly Auditorium and on Zoom); dinner will be provided for in-person attendees. There is no charge for the meal, though donations to help cover costs will be appreciated. At the heart of this quarter’s agenda will be a presentation from the Building Projects Task Force, who comes after six months of work with their recommendation for our church’s upcoming building project. Attendees will hear the outline and priorities of the project, design renderings, cost estimates, and next steps. In addition to this presentation, regular reports will be offered and sent out several days prior, along with the agenda and Zoom link.
