June 6-7 | Guideposts to Happiness Workshop
First on Fifth will be a pilot site to host a workshop sponsored by Guideposts on the cultivation of happiness and joy in a life of faith. This new study that Guideposts has created is being piloted in a number of places to a wide variety of groups of different backgrounds and theological perspectives, and First Baptist on Fifth is one of those groups! All who are interested in participating are welcome; this seminar is free of charge.
Participants will gather in Kelly Auditorium on Friday night, June 6, from 6:30-8:30pm and Saturday, June 7, from 9:00am-4:30pm. Light snacks and lunch on Saturday will be provided. Facilitator Luke LeFevre will guide participants through sessions blending biblical wisdom, stories, reflective journaling, and practical tools to help cultivate lasting happiness.
