Evening Prayer

Every Tuesday night at 8:00 pm, a group of First Baptist on Fifth members gathers by Zoom (see link in your newsletter) for a self-guided time of a brief devotional, sharing prayer requests, and prayer. Our Evening Prayer gathering began just days into the pandemic, and in a terrifying and disconnected time, these nightly (at the time) calls grounded us in community and faith. Though the nature of our prayers has shifted over the years, our hope found together with God has remained constant.
